The pink oyster mushroom or shimeji-salmon is produced on a substrate based on cereal straw that will be degraded over the 2 to 3 months that your kit will produce. p >
2 to 3 production cycles are expected. When the production is finished remove the plastic, place it in the yellow ecopoint ♻ and use the decomposed straw as a substrate for your plants.
The cardboard must be placed in the blue ecopoint ♻ or used to produce a Pleurotus sp. with coffee grounds and cardboard - see the mycelium section.
Choose the best solution for you :
If you don't have a vegetable garden, but want fresh mushrooms, then this is your kit. We hope you get 1 to 3 kg of mushrooms.
Do you want to do a pioneer experiment alone or with children and start to see how mushrooms are produced, then this is your kit.
Recommended season - May to October.
