How to place an order with Fungiperfect
Fungiperfect, Lda is based in Rua do Mouro, Quinta da Nora II, , 1.º Esq.º, 3050-346, Mealhada and takes on-line orders in https://loja.fungiperfect.com/, by e-mail (encomendas@fungiperfect.com), or by telephone contact (231 205 374 or 936 169 294).
Then you can get detailed information about each of these ordering methods.
On-line orders
To place an on-line order you will need to access Fungiperfect on-line store. Later, to purchase our products, you will have to select the products you want and go “adding to the cart”.
Once you have selected all the desired products, you can finalize your order by selecting "Your cart". If you are mistaken in the quantities and/or products you can select the option “update shopping cart” and proceed with corrections or, otherwise, finalize your purchase.
To complete your purchase, you will need to provide some contact information, shipping address and payment method.
Make sure that the fields are correctly filled, as we will treat your order according to the data you provide us. You will receive a confirmation sms/email later!
If you find an error in your order, contact Fungiperfect as soon as possible. Corrections to orders can only be made if Fungiperfect is immediately notified of errors in orders before processing and shipping
Email orders
If you want to place an order by e-mail, in the e-mail you send to the address mentioned above, you will have to provide some of your data, which we describe below:
- Full name;
- Telephone contact;
- Addresse-mail (if you want to be contacted through another address);
- NIF;
- Billing address;
- Full shipping address;
- Promotional code (optional);
- Product name, code and quantity;
- Payment method.
Make sure that the data you send is correct, as we will treat your order according to the data you provide us. You will receive a confirmation sms/email later!

Telephone orders/telephone contact
To place your order over the phone, we ask that you have your order prepared in advance, so that we can process your order more efficiently. The compilation of a brief list of the products you want to purchase and their quantities.
In addition, you will need to provide us with some of your data, which we describe below:
- Full name;
- CTelephone contact;
- Addresse-mail;
- NIF;
- Billing address;
- Full shipping address;
- Promotional code (optional);
- Product name, code and quantity;
- Payment method.

Payment methods
Fungiperfect offers the following payment methods: ATM (ATM reference), bank transfer, MBWay, PayShop and Paypal.
After placing your order, we will provide you with an order number and you will be able to pay for your order in 14 working days - check with the payment platform.
Allorders must be paid in advance. Fungiperfect cannot reserve goods for customers pending payment.
As soon as you pay for your order, please send your proof of payment to the email address as soon as possible so that we can prepare the shipment of your order.
Billing
The invoice is issued and sent in electronic format to the email you provided. Another copy of the invoice will accompany your order.
Response time for requests/ orders
On average, orders are processed and shipped within three business days from the time receipt of payment is received. If we do not have the product(s) you want available, we will contact you.
