This culture can be used in the production of dowels inocula, cereal grain or liquid medium. This variety of Pleurotus eryngii tested on sawdust-based substrates with great success, high productivity and resistance has a small hat, a wide 5-10 cm foot, a height of 10-15 cm and a color grayish cream.
These cultures were isolated by Fungiperfect and tested by producers who collaborate with us. These cultures can only be used for own production of inoculum/mycelium.
The time of delivery of the culture can vary between 4 and 8 weeks because we produce them to order.
