The champignon-de-paris is one of the most consumed mushrooms in the world and perhaps one of the most versatile. You can eat raw, in salads, sautéed to accompany a steak, etc.

This kit produced based on cereal straw composted in a nitrogenous medium will be degraded over the 2 to 3 months that your kit will produce.

2 to 3 production cycles are expected, which can be almost continuous depending on site conditions. After 2 to 3 productions or before disposing of your kit we recommend that you place it buried outside in a dark place and visit it frequently as you will have pleasant surprises.

Slugs, snails and insects will also love it, but the edibility of the mushroom remains unchanged. When production is finished, remove the plastic, place it in the yellow ecopoint ♻ and use the compost as a substrate for your plants.

You can also use the box that comes with the kit as a bed to produce lettuce or other vegetables in your vertical garden. The compost you used to produce mushrooms now has exceptional conditions for supplying nutrients to your plants.
