The yellow oyster mushroom or yellow shimeji is produced on a substrate based on cereal straw that will be degraded over the 2 to 3 months that your kit will produce.
2 to 3 production cycles are expected. When the production is finished remove the plastic, place it in the yellow ecopoint ♻ and use the decomposed straw as a substrate for your plants.
The cardboard must be placed in the blue ecopoint ♻ or used to produce a Pleurotus sp. with coffee grounds and cardboard - see the mycelium section .
